[A] Excuse me, I'm looking for a winter coat that's fashionable and functional. Could you recommend something for cold weather?
[B] Certainly. Our latest collection features advanced thermal materials. This parka is filled with goose down and has a water-resistant shell, ideal for snow and rain.
[A] That sounds impressive. Do you have it in a dark color? What sizes are available?
[B] We have black, navy, and charcoal. Sizes range from S to XXL. Given your build, I'd suggest a medium for comfort and ease of movement.
[A] I'd like to try the navy in medium. What's the current promotion? I saw a sign for up to 40% off.
[B] Yes, it's part of our mid-season sale —30% off $350, so $245. If you use our store card, you get an extra 15% off.
[A] Great offer. I'll take it. What's the return policy if it doesn't fit?
[B] You can return or exchange items within 60 days with the receipt, as long as they're in original condition. We also offer a one-year warranty against defects.
[A] Perfect. How do I apply for the store card?
[B] Fill out an application at the register; it requires ID and social security number; approval is instant.
[A] Okay, let's proceed. Any care instructions for this coat?
[B] Yes, dry clean it to preserve the down filling and waterproof coating. Avoid machine washing to prevent damage.
[A] Noted. Thanks. I'll head to the cashier now.
[B] You're welcome. I'll escort you to the counter.
